Suresh Pattathil is the Managing Director & General Manager, Allergan India (an AbbVie company) and also the President of the OPPI (Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India).  He is responsible for the commercial operations of AbbVie in India region which includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Suresh has held several senior management positions in companies such as Pfizer, Schering Plough, MSD and Ferring. Most recently he was the Chief Executive Officer for Ferring Pharmaceuticals India with responsibility for Commercial operations, Research & Development center and setting up a pilot plant and manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.  He has a broad experience in both specialty as well as mass therapeutic areas and in launching global products successfully in India.   In his role as President of OPPI  he drives the advocacy efforts for the global pharmaceutical companies in India.

Some of the key initiatives Suresh has driven in his career are in the areas of market access, public market business, geographical expansion, customer trade channel strategy and building the marketing capability for Ferring in the APAC region. Meenakshi was responsible for building Stryker’s business strategy and setting up the organization for long-term, sustainable growth in the Indian market. Additionally, one of Meenakshi’s priorities was to build a winning culture and cultivate a strong commitment to Stryker’s mission and values in India. Meenakshi was on the Board of the Medical Technology Association of India (MTAI), in the Governing Council of Nathealth and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and was the C0-Chair of the Med Tech Committee at AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce).

Rajji Mehdwan is the Country GM for Roche Pharma India. Rajji brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having held key leadership positions at Roche and prior to that at J&J. She joined Roche in 2010 as Associate Director, Virology and Specialty Care business for Genentech. Rajji has since contributed significantly to Roche’s success through her diverse leadership roles – as Portfolio Operations Leader for BioOncology, Portfolio Strategy Director for Denmark, and as the General Manager for Roche Pharma Norway. Deepak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Botany & Zoology from the University of Lucknow and is an MBA from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Aurélien has been working for 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in Turkey for Sanofi. He held various positions in marketing and sales both at local and global levels.
Aurélien joined Servier in 2010 and has been General Manager in Slovenia, then Bulgaria and for the last 5 years as Managing Director for Servier Southern and Eastern Africa. He was an active board member of IPASA, the Innovative Pharma Association of South Africa, focusing on patient access to innovation.
Aurélien is dedicated to driving sustainable growth in emerging markets.
